I've been making sushi since 1999. First as a commis chef at Nobu and then working for a London-based catering company. 2003-2017: I moved to Italy and set up a sushi restaurant and in-flight catering service in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, providing high-quality sushi platters for private jets. 2017-2023: I moved back to the UK and set up SushiVan, delivering sushi platters across Bucks and Herts. 2024: I moved to the New Forest, and now, amongst other things, I make sushi for parties and events, and I organise private sushi-making classes.
